At Hilton Grand Vacations, we know our Club Members expect the highest standards when visiting our properties. Your annual maintenance fees are a key component of your Home Resort’s operational budget, which ensures that every time you visit, you experience a seamless and luxurious stay. As the fall assessment billing season is upon us, there’s no better time to go over what your maintenance fees cover and how they are used to ensure you have the best experience possible when you vacation with HGV.
Your annual maintenance fees are paid to your association and are only used at your Home Resort. The operating budget, which is included as part of your maintenance fees, helps to pay for the “experience” elements of your stay — from the meticulous landscaping of each lawn and garden to the bountiful supplies of fresh linen and soft towels. The operating budget also covers essential maintenance of your resort, such as replacing light bulbs and servicing swimming pools, as well as the wages of our exceptional on-site Team Members.

Part of your maintenance fees are channeled into this fund so that when the property needs repair work or refurbishment, or even a roof replacement, the money is available. If you would like to know more about the reserve budget, this video explains it in detail.

Just as you pay real estate taxes on your home, your HGV Home Resort is required to pay property taxes. And rest assured — each year, we work with tax professionals to keep your property taxes as low as possible.
